

Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church of Burleson, 590 N.E. McAlister Road. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park of Fort Worth. Viewing and visitation: 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at the church.
Bob was born in Fort Worth on March 31, 1928. He was a chaplain's assistant during the Korean War and was a proud Officer on the Fort Worth Police Department. He was a lifetime member of the Moslah Shrine Temple and sang with the Chanters group. Bob retired from the United States Postal Service and began to travel with his wife for many years. He was an active member in Grace Lutheran Church, Kingswood United Methodist Church and First United Methodist Church of Burleson. Bob's favorite saying was "All I need is a big smile and a few kind words." He will be greatly missed by all.
Survivors: His wife of 64 years, Jeanette Segerstrom, whom he met at Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minn.; children, David Segerstrom and wife, Jackie, Rick Segerstrom and wife, Saundra, and Helen Mosser and husband, David; grandchildren, Teresa Mozisek, David Segerstrom, Kayla Perez, Chad Segerstrom, Tyler Segerstrom, Cassie Behrends, Ry Mosser and Neil Mosser; six great-grandchildren; numerous step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren; and caregiver, Debbie Laveau.
