He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Susan Stone, and their children: Talitha and James Brazeal, Tanyka Stone and Tyler Stone; and his granddaughter Aurelia. Robert was born in Wellington, KS to Wayne and Yvonne Stone. He was the oldest of his two surviving brothers David and Dennis Stone.
Robert was a gifted preacher, pastor, and missionary. Through his ministry Destiny Reformation Ministries, he built 20 churches and three Bible schools throughout South America and East Africa. In the early days of his and Susan’s ministry, they traveled much of the United States holding revivals with a focus on bringing apostolic reformation to the church. They pastored in Denton, TX and Tulsa, OK. Robert also authored numerous books and leadership manuals.
The funeral service will be held at Crowley Assembly of God in Crowley, TX on Friday May 24, 2024 at 2pm. He will be buried at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow, OK on Tuesday May 28, 2024 at 12:30pm.
