After a long and valiant battle with Lung cancer Samuel W. Bray Jr succumbed to his illness Monday, December 30, 2024, at the age of 62. He was born in Jennings, Louisiana and was a long-time resident of Fort Worth, Tx.
Sam truly knew it was more blessed to give than receive. His generosity knew no bounds and extended to family and acquaintances alike.
Sam met his beloved husband Brian Eues on June 6, 2014 and they were married on September 20, 2016. Sam enjoyed traveling, Music, Sci-Fi Movies and was a self-proclaimed Trekker.
Sam was preceded in death by his father Samuel W. Bray Sr, mother Virginia Lee Bray, brother Robert Coleman and Scott Eues.
He is survived by his husband Brian Eues, sister Royce Wilson, niece Antoinette Wilson and great niece Alani Wilson.
Sam is also survived by Angel Henton (Kirk), Suzette Mateo, Darlin Lacour (John), Cherie Mayaeux (Rick)and a many extended family members and host old friends.
The family will hold a private memorial at a later date.
