It is with heavy hearts that we are here to remember the life and passing of Sandra Cooper, who went to be with the Lord April 12th, 2025. Born on September 10th, 1950, Sandra was our eldest sister who brought us joy, love and laughter and helped us “get in trouble” a few times growing up.
She became “Sissy” to us when we were young, and the name lovingly continued with her nieces, nephew, and 4 grand nephews. Sandra loved going to the country music singing with mom and they started their days with coffee on the front porch watching the birds. She also spent much of her time crocheting and reading the Bible.
Sandra met and married the love of her life, Thomas Cooper. Though Tom passed a few years later, they lived a century worth of fun, love and laughter in that short time. Her love for him never died.
Sandra will forever remain in our hearts. May her soul find eternal peace, and may we find comfort in the love and memories she’s left behind.
Psalm 55:6
And I say, “Oh, that I had wings like a dove! I would fly away and be at rest.”
