It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Sharon Baez, our loving and devoted wife, mother, sister and friend. Sharon passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019 peacefully at a local hospital with friends and family by her side.
She was born November 22, 1950 to the late Charles and Marie Davenport. Sharon grew up in Everman, Texas and graduated from Everman High School in 1969.
Sharon loved to care for others. It’s often said that she helped raise half of Everman. She was known for her great cooking, loving words, and her kind and compassionate spirit. She was a selfless woman who went through her life helping others. We thank her for sharing her life with us and touching so many lives along the way.
Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Victor Baez; brother, Douglas Davenport; daughters, Tammie Oxford and Teresa Zurita; her husband Juan Zurita, grandchildren, Cody West, Ryan Oxford, Sabrina Zurita, Andrew Zurita, and Micaela Zurita; great grandchildren CJ, Isaiah, and Jeremiah.
A graveside service will be held at 12:30 pm on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 7100 Crowley Road, Fort Worth, TX 76134.
