Born on June 19, 1946, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Steve built a life centered on family, integrity, and hard work. Though he did not have a college education, he was the smartest man his family knew—someone who could build or fix anything. Steve held leadership roles across multiple companies during his professional career, earning respect for his dedication and fairness.
Steve found joy in the outdoors, whether it was chasing a limit of reds on the flats or hunting at the deer lease with friends. He and his wife of 53 years, Linda, also loved traveling together in their motorhome. Above all, he valued his family, treating others fairly and leading with integrity.
Steve is survived by his devoted wife, Linda; his daughters, Barbara Bolton (Michael), Sonya Tippin (Larry), and Misty Zack (Keith); his grandchildren, Adam, Autumn, Austin, Mallory, Briley, Trista, Theresa, Teagan, and Reese; and his eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Georgia; his sister, Carol; and his brother, Charlie.
