He was born on July 25, 1966 to Gary and Brenda Wilkerson in Fort Worth, TX. He was married to the love of his life Michelle in 1998 and gained wonderful in-laws Juan and Eva Mejia and brother-in-law Brandon Mejia who he loved very much. Steve was a man with a big heart who not only loved his family but loved helping others. He donated to many organizations such as Toys for Tots, Wounded Warriors, as well as providing a hot meal for the less fortunate every Thanksgiving.
Steve also had a passion for his work and was dedicated to NASCAR for over 9 years. If he wasn’t working he would spend his spare time listening to music, reading, discussing politics, shopping on amazon, and playing with his cat Venus. Steve was a kind and smart man who will be greatly missed.
Those left to cherish his memories are his wife Michelle Wilkerson; mother Brenda Wilkerson; brothers Danny, Ron, and Gary Jr; special nephew Brandon; cousins Cindy Brooks and Michael Spencer.
He is preceded in death by his father Gary Wilkerson Sr.
Funeral Service will be held at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel on Tuesday July 30th at 10am. Burial and reception to follow.
