Service: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel, Fort Worth. Interment to follow at 1:15 p.m. in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel.
Travis was born in Whitesboro on March 27, 1938, to John D. Ritchey II and Lucille Love Ritchey. He retired from Alcon Laboratories and was a proud Marine.
He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Vicky Denise Ritchey; and his parents.
He was a marine, father, grandfather and brother who his family dearly loved.

Survivors: Son, Barry Ritchey and wife, Jaime Sternick, of Columbus, Ohio; daughter, Venisa Tacker and husband, Larry, of Corsicana; brother, John D. Ritchey III of Aledo; sisters, Betty Hughes and husband, Dave, of Robert Lee, Carolyn Rodriguez and husband, Tony, of Arlington; six grandkids; and five great-grandchildren.
