Vera Delores Johnson

A celebration of her life for Vera will be held Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Eastland Street Baptist Church, 4300 Eastland Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76119. Following the celebration of her life will be a burial at Moore Memorial Garden, 1219 North Davis Dr., Arlington, TX 76012. Vera Delores Johnson was born on June 23, 1938 in Cameron, Texas to the late Shedrick McDaniel and Gertrude Mc Daniel. She joined Bethel Baptist Church in Calvert, Texas while giving her life to Christ at an early age. She attended grade school in Calvert, Texas and later finished high school in Los Angeles, CA. Vera moved to Ft. Worth, Texas in 1962. She later met and married the late Bobbie Ray Johnson. She joined the Eastland Street Baptist Church, where she was a faithful member for over 30 years. Vera was a homemaker and committed her life to her family. She was a beautiful being and known for her kindness. Left to mourn her passing and her memories are her son Dexter Mc Daniel her grandchildren: Brian Anderson, Camille McDaniel and Cameron McDaniel, 2 great grandchildren; brother, Archie McDaniel; host of nieces, nephews and friends.
