Virginia Lee Doss

Virginia was born in January 1933 to Leslie and Della McKinney in Joplin, Mo., where she lived and married Del Doss in August 1953. They lived in Missouri and Tennessee before settling in Fort Worth. Her love for Jesus was exemplified by her service at Beautiful Feet Ministries and Prison Ministry. She was an accomplished pianist and loved to sing on the praise team at Beautiful Feet. Virginia was a member of Wedgwood Baptist Church.

The family wishes to extend appreciation to the care given to Virginia from the Lighthouse Unit at the Estates and Community Hospice.

Virginia will be remembered as a dedicated wife, beloved mother and grandmother.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents and siblings.

Survivors: Husband of 62 years, Del Doss; son, Les Doss and wife, Karen; daughter, Terry Lynn Moore and husband, JD; grandchildren, Eric Doss, Kevin Doss and wife, Nikki, Stephanie, John David Jr., and Courtney Powell and husband, Matt; great-grandchildren, Julianne and Warner; a host of extended family; and many dear friends.
