William (Bill) Manuel, Jr. 92 passed from this life on Sunday, January 27, 2019. Service will be Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 10:15 AM Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: Wednesday, January 30, 2019 , 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Disable Veteran Association. William enlisted in the military branches of the Army and the Air Force from which he retired after serving for many years. He also spent some years working for the U.S. Postal Service. He was a Mason with the Panther City Lodge #159. He was a devoted servant at Pilgrim Valley Missionary Baptist Church for which he served as a Deacon, Brotherhood Secretary, Vice President of the Senior Usher Board and as a Trustee. He is survived by wife, Latonne(Toni) Manuel, cousins, nephews, and lots of great friends. He will be missed by all.
