James was a lifetime resident of Framingham. He worked for 48 years as a Service Advisor at Sears Automotive in Natick.
He spent his happiest times on the golf course and at his beach house on Plum Island in Newbury.
James leaves his wife, Joan, of Framingham, his two daughters Kimberly McDermott of Barrington, RI and Nicole Domings of Worcester, MA; his three stepsons, Scott Willard of Freedom, NH, Robert Willard of Newbury, MA, and David Willard of Framingham, MA; and his brothers, Thomas Goddard and the late Dennis Goddard. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held for James in Edgell Grove Cemetery, 53 Grove St, Framingham, MA 01701 on November 10, 2022 at 1:00pm.
