Beloved husband of Sandra (Craig) Daniels. Loving father of William Daniels and his wife Christine Malette of Ayer, and his daughter, Lee (Daniels) Rooney and her husband Christopher Rooney of Hyde Park. Cherished grandfather of Jacob, Veronica, Noah, Allison, and Jessica.
Born in Boston, he grew up in Needham and was the son of the late Althea (Bullard) and A. Richard Daniels. He proudly served for six years in the National Guard during the Vietnam War. Bob had a long career in the Telecommunication industry. He was a longtime employee of Comm-Tract Corp, and a proud member of IBEW, Local 103 - Boston.
Bob enjoyed fishing, playing with his grandchildren, and watching NASCAR and the Patriots. He also enjoyed spending time at his family’s home in New Salem. He will be remembered for his easy smile and his willingness to help any neighbor in need.
A Gathering to celebrate his life will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
