Brenda Brown

Born on February 3, 1953, Brenda lived in Baldwin, Louisiana.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until Celebration of Life at 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at Greater New Hope Baptist Church 104 10th Street Baldwin, Louisiana. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Baldwin, Louisiana.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her three daughters, LaTanya (William) Hawkins, Jr. of New Iberia, Louisiana, LaWanya (Sirbatian) Charles, Sr. of Franklin, Louisiana, and LaMarla Brown of Gonzales, Louisiana; two brothers, Gerald (Charlotte) Brown of Broussard, Louisiana and Raymond (Lee) Brown of New Iberia, Louisiana; three sisters, Ann (Leonard) Guine of Delhi, Louisiana, Jessie Brown of Baldwin, Louisiana, and Linda (Howard) August of Four Corners, Louisiana; thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; along with a host nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Cleveland Brown, Sr. and Eula Cooks Brown; her sisters, Cora Brown and Myrtle Jones; three brothers, Cleveland Brown, Jr., Clarence Brown, Sr., Christopher Brown; her daughter, Tara Brown; and a granddaughter, Brittany Brown.
