She was born September 11, 1950 in Ann Arbor, Michigan the daughter of the late Carl and Constance Holtz.
On Valentine’s Day in 1969, Debra married David A. McNeilly. David predeceased her on January 18, 2018.
In her younger years, Debra enjoyed skiing. She was a lover of animals and was very compassionate and considerate of others. She was always willing to help anyone in need.
Debra is survived by her two sons, Quinten and Jenna McNeilly and Ryan McNeilly; four grandchildren, Sarah, Bryce, Zachary and Mariah; and her siblings, Evelyn, Tom and Bob; as well as several nieces and nephews.
