Please know that Elsie will also hold fond memories in our hearts. Remembering when we built her swimming pool which she enjoyed so much to getting bunnies from her for our children. Truly a wonderful person. Thank you George for the update when we were @ the Golden Guernsey.

To Elsie's dear family, Many years ago, Elsie wrote a beautiful little note to my son, Paul Todd Bachler. "Congatulations, Todd, for learning all the books of the Bible. from your teacher Elsie Davidson. Her note is preserved in his baby book and Elsie's faith and devotion is preserved in our hearts. With our heartfelt sympathy, Frank and Gretel

So sorry to hear of Elsie's passing. We are distant relatives and I usually saw her only at reunions...each time, a delightful conversation with her. A wonderful person who will be missed by all. Until I read the obituary, I didnt realize she was actually born in Sweden. My condolences to the immediate family.

When I think of Treadwell and the church, I think of Elsie. She was always there leading us through lessons and songs. She helped many of us raise money to go to Camp Epworth. I remember my dad, Fred Archibald, and I going up to her house and we would get to pet the rabbits! Thinking of you and your family during this time.

My wife and I have been living in Treadwell for only nine years. The day that we moved in 2003 is the day we met Elsie. She found out that our last name is Swenson and if we were Swedish. Well we are the Swenson's and I told a little white lie that we were indeed Swedish. She had a little gleem in her eye and I dont think she believed me. Anyway she has been a treasure to us for the short time we had the pleasure to know her. Treadwell will miss her!

Elsie will be greatly missed. In recent years she remembered me as "The Christmas Elf" @ Countryside. And she always had a kiss for my Dad (Harvey Osborn) when she saw him. She was so cute and definately lived life to it's fullest. My love & prayers are with the family as they celebrate Elsie's life and morn her loss.
