Florida Dora Naylor

She was born on May 21, 1927 in Athens, NY the daughter of Thomas and Ethel Mae (Faulkner) Naylor.

For many years, retiring in 1989, Dora worked at ECD Bendix in Sidney.

Dora was a very active member of the Franklin United Methodist Church, and the United Methodist Women, the Onesiphorai Reading Club and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Lodge 1529.

She is survived by three nieces, Debbie Sholes of Norwich, Cindy Albertini of Brookfield and Deana Johnson of Sherburne; a nephew, James Naylor of Norwich; a sister-in-law, Norma Naylor of Sherburne, as well as many friends in Franklin.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 1:00 PM in the Kenneth L. Bennett Funeral Home, 425 Main St., Franklin with the Rev. Dr. Lyle Linder, officiating.

Burial will be in the Ouleout Valley Cemetery, Franklin.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 12 Noon until service time at 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, Dora wished to have memorial contribution made to the Franklin United Methodist Church, PO Box 115, Franklin, NY 13775.
