Letha Post

Born on April 24, 1930, in Morris, NY. She was the wife of the late Harry Post, who predeceased her in 2005.

Letha was the mother to three sons: Richard (Carrie) of Otego, NY, Gary (Bonnie) of Richmondville, NY, and Steven of Elmira Heights, NY. She was a cherished grandmother to seven grandchildren: Bradley Post (Laura), Marcie Campbell (Gibson), , Greg Post, Tyler Post (Kelly), Brandon Post, Sherri Post, and Jenna Saxe. Her joy was further multiplied by her nine great-grandchildren.

She was a dear sister to Buddy (Francis, deceased), Patrick (deceased), Bonnie , and Jim.

Letha found great pleasure in playing cards with friends and family and was a devoted fan of Elvis Presley's music. In her community of Franklin, NY, she was fondly remembered for her lively and welcoming "Pond Parties," where friends and neighbors gathered for good times and laughter. Her vibrant spirit and the memories of her "Pond Parties" will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.

A celebration of Letha's life will be held at a later date, as per her wishes, and will include her favorite Brooks' chicken. Details regarding this celebration will be shared with family and friends in due course.
