Raymond A. Stout

Raymond was born on October 21, 1925 in Tompkins Cove, New York, the son of the late Raymond and Anna (Nemcik) Stout. He was raised by Elizabeth Nemcik, his grandmother and Mary Nemcik, his aunt.

He was a presser in the garment industry. He moved to the Franklin area where he lived with his sister and brother-in-law, Eva and Walt Straut. He was an avid antique car fan and he also enjoyed baseball.

Raymond is survived by his nieces, Patricia (Bob) Zaleski of Jasper, New York, Deb (Bob) Palmatier of Bainbridge and Ann Marie (Peter) Graham of Conklin; his nephew, Greg (Denise) Straut of Otego.

He is also survived by his grand nieces and nephews, Evamarie (Brian) Zaleski, Lance (Karen) Zaleski, John (Jackie) Hendrickson, Cherly Sickler, Tiff1ny (Endre) Toth, Nathan (Lindsey) Straut, Holly (George) Eppsteiner and Jonathan Graham.

He was predeceased by his parents and his sister and brother-in-law, Eva and Walt Straut.

Graveside services will be held at 1 pm on Friday, July 6, 2012 in the Ouleout Valley Cemetery in Franklin with Rev. Fred Albrecht, officiating.

There will be no calling hours.
