So sorry to hear about Dick. I worked with Joan as a Tupperware Dealer back in the early 80's and when we had a meeting at the house he was always there to help with anything we needed. He was a wonderful husband to Joan, we all loved him. Bless Joan and the family, he will be sorely missed.

Our heart felt condolences to Dick and Joan’s family.

I remember standing on the church pew when I was 7 attending Joan and Dick’s wedding. I can’t believe that it was over 65 years ago.

Dick was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and all around family man. Dick was always upbeat with a positive attitude. I never saw Dick angry or speak a mean word. He always had a smile and a quick joke.

I always enjoyed going to see him and Joan and attending the backyard picnics and clam bakes.

There are many more positive things to say about Dick. He left his mark on the world and he will be missed. He will also make his mark in Heaven.

Joan and family, Art and I are so sorry to hear of Dick's passing. I have many fond memories of going to EMT classes and serving with Dick on Franklin's Ambulance squad. We are sorry we will not be able to attend service for Dick but want you to know we are thinking of you all. May God bless you and guide you through this hard time.

Dick was the best neighbor a person could ever have had. He and Joan were a great source of comfort and help in my time of sorrow.
