Andrew was preceded in death by his parents; wife Phyllis Elgin; 2 daughters, Pamela Sue Eldred and Melissa Elgin; and a son, Andrew David Elgin.
He is survived by his daughters Kelli (John) Flack and Jan French; and by his cherished grandchildren, Brandon Eldred, Megan Damrell, Adam Elgin, Kaleb (Lyndsay) Elgin, Jessica Eldred, and Kristina French; He also leaves behind his great-grandchildren along with many extended family members and friends who were touched by his quiet kindness and caring heart.
Visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, Ohio 45005, on September 10, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service on September 10, 2026, at 1:00 pm with Pastor Mike Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
Andy will be remembered for his gentle presence, and the quiet, meaningful way he loved and cared for his family. His kindness lives on in all who were blessed to know him.
