Arthur Raymond Allen, age 95, of Franklin, Ohio, passed away Monday August 20, 2018 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. He was born in Franklin on July 17, 1923 to Tilford and Sara (Gill) Allen. Art served in the Army during World War II. He was employed with AK Steel for 30+ years and retired in 1976. Art was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Grace B. Allen and 6 siblings. He is survived by three sons, Michael (Nancy) Allen, James (Rosamond) Allen, Arthur R. (Maria) Jr.and a daughter, Rebecca (Steven) Miller; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Also two brothers, Donald Allen and Floyd Allen. Funeral services are 10:00 am Monday August 27, 2018 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 East Second Street Franklin with Pastor James Simpkins officiating.
