Barbara Kaye Greene, age 73 of Franklin, Ohio passed away peacefully after surviving and battling the ongoing effects of brain aneurysms and dementia. Born in Franklin on August 12, 1953, she was a daughter to the late Louis & Evelyn (Sims) Greene. Barbara was a graduate of Franklin High School, Class of 1971. She attended Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Franklin. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother-in-law Douglas Hill.
She is survived by her children Theressa & Scott Wadsworth; John & Mindi Stacey; Timothy & Brooke Stacey: grandchildren Erika & Ben Free; Sara Ball & Brandon Doan; Braidyn Stacey; Brilyn Stacey; Landon Stacey: great-grandchildren Isabella, Annabelle and Raelynn Ball; David Free: sister Beverly Hill: brother Edward "Dale" & Patricia Greene: as well as many loved ones and her church family.
Friends may call on the family Monday, September 21, 2026 from 12:00- 1:30 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E 2nd St, Franklin, Ohio 45005. Funeral service to follow at 1:30PM with Andrew Greene officiating. Burial will take place at a later date at Springboro Cemetery.
