Bertha Ann Fields, age 72, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Monday, June 25, 2018 at Sycamore Hospital. She was born in Jackson, Kentucky on February 2, 1946 to the late George and Nora (Gross) Mullins.
She was preceded in death by her six brothers, Roy, Willard, Edward, Carl, Clarence and Paul Mullins; two sisters, Elsie and Lilly Mullins.
Bertha is survived by two sons, George Fields, Joseph (Julie) Fields; two grandsons, Rone Carte, Christopher Fields; granddaughter, Amy Suttles; three great grandsons, Christopher Fields, Landon Suttles, Michael Suttles.
Funeral services are 1:00 pm Monday, July 9, 2018 at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Pastor Aaron Whitaker officiating. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to service from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm also at the funeral home.
