She was preceded in death by her parents, Rollie and Gladys Horton, also her husband of 54 years, Richard, her son, Rick, her grandson, Tony Wallace, and her sister, Mary.

She was employed by Franklin City Schools as a secretary for 28 years. She greatly enjoyed those years with her fellow workers. She said it was such a privilege to know so many students, and that they deeply enriched her life.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Wallace, beloved grandsons, Brandon, Drew and Joseph, as well as several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.

Services will be held Friday 6:00 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin. Visitation from 4:00 pm until time of service.
