Betty Jean Vaughn, age 62, of Carlisle, Ohio passed away peacefully on Monday, July 20, 2015 at Carlisle Manor. She was born September 19, 1952 in Jackson County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Leonard and Bonnie (Young) Vaughn. Betty was a member of Roberts Drive Pentecostal Church. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her four brothers, Billy Ray, Melvin, Esmer and J.C. Vaughn. Betty is survived by four brothers, Junior Vaughn, Burnas (Cathrine) Vaughn, Henry Vaughn, Dillard (Betty Mae) Vaughn; sister, Martha Glenn; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 E. Second St., Franklin. Funeral service will be Friday, July 24, 2015 at 11:00 am at Roberts Drive Pentecostal Church, 9569 Roberts Drive, Franklin, Ohio with Pastor Jimmy Jewell officiating. Burial will be in Hillgrove Cemetery.
