Billy B. Manley, 78 of Middletown, passed away Friday, September 9, 2016 at the Atrium Medical Center. He was born June 25, 1938 in Owingsville, Kentucky, the son of Roll Manley and Mattie (Wells) Manley. Billy is survived by two stepdaughters, Barbie Shaffer and Teresa Barton; four grandchildren, Amanda (husband, Chris) Gibson, Brooke (husband, Evan) Souther, Ryan (wife, Brittany) Manley and Meagan (husband, David) Dunn; ten great grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Tammie Manley; three sisters, Effie Oakley, Kathleen Craycraft, and Ruth Higgs; and a brother, Claude Warren. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Joann Cochran; son, Billy J. Manley; six sisters and five brothers.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home with Dr. Dan Flory officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
Entombment will be at the Woodside Cemetery Mausoleum.
