Carol Tibbitts

Carol Tibbitts of Middletown, Ohio passed in peace on July 2, 2018 at the age of 80. She is preceded by her parents Senneca and Irene Souers, her brother Bobby Souers, and her daughter, Deanna Estridge.

She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Elton Tibbitts; her son Ralph (wife, Tina) Estridge; her stepsons, David (wife, Amy) Tibbitts, Rick Tibbitts, and Jeff (wife, Heather) Tibbitts; and her stepdaughter Lori (husband, Jeff) Bush; grandchildren, Rachel Negrey, Brita Stefl, Grace Estridge, Michael Tibbitts, Alicia Bush, Mindy Croley, Adam Tibbitts, Claire Tibbitts, Jaelyn Tibbitts, Kirsten Tibbitts, and Brock Tibbitts; great -grandchildren Sirius Negrey, Kelvin Negrey, Gunner Croley, Kyle Tibbitts, and Iris Taliaferro.

Her career began at Mound (DOE Complex) in 1957 and she retired from her work in 1992. She enjoyed travel, especially cruising. She was a member of Browns Run Country Club in Middletown.

A Memorial service for Carol will be held on Saturday, July 7th at 1:00 PM at Grace Baptist Church in Middletown, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to P.A.W.S.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Brown’s Run Country Club at a later date.
