Lit a candle in memory of Carolyn Ann Robinson

Carolyn ,had such a wonderful quick wit. She could take the ordinary, and make it extraordinary. Make manipulation an art form. And make it all look and seem so natural and normal. I will never forget our week rafting on the Yellowstone river, she was such a delight to have along. Rest in peace dear sister. Will see you soon enough. Love always, Doug and Kim

I cannot express the sorrow from Carolyn's passing.  She was one of my most treasured friends.  The shock of finding out the reason for our meeting on Saturday that never happened will forever haunt me.  My heart goes out and my prayers as well to all family, friends, and all that Carolyn touched during her life.  Snatched from us way too soon.  I know we will meet again and that is the only thing that is giving me any kind of peace during this time.  Prayers of comfort to your family as you always expressed your love and how important they were to you.  Until we meet again, my friend.  I love you dearly.

I went to school with Carolyn as far back as I can remember.  Carolyn had such a great sense of humor and you could always count on her for a laugh.  She was loved by many and will be definitely be missed.   I'm blessed to have known Carolyn and she will always hold a special place in my heart.  Rest in Peace my Friend.

I would like to attend my condolences to the Robinson Family on passing of Carolyn. Carolyn was  a gracious and kind person and fun to be with. Many years ago during a Father's Day weekend I had the opportunity to share a day with her. We traveled down to Red River Gorge in Kentucky about a 3-plus hours drive from Middletown. We paddled the north fork of the Red River through the gorge in my two person yellow ducky(inflatable kayak). For Carolyn, this was a new experience for her but she enjoyed the experience immensely. She was a real  trooper throughout the day as we paddled down the Red River as the river meandered back and forth deep within the forests of Daniel Boone National Forest. I will miss her sweet smile and laughter.

In life, we are blessed with very few life long friends. That is exactly who Carolyn was to me. As a child, Carolyn saw me riding my bike and invited me to stop and play kickball. That's when it began, and our friendship only grew stronger from there. Even as adults, we continued to address each other by our school age nicknames. I was always Lid to her, and she was always Dob to me. We had a half a century of adventures , culminating in an amazing trip to D.C. to participate in the Women's March together. I love you, Dob. And I know you loved me, too. You are sorely missed.

I knew Carolyn since the mid sixties and have many fond memories of her.  She was a dear sweet person and will be missed.  My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

I knew Carolyn when she was a child.   She was the sweetest little girl. Last year, we reconnected on Facebook.    A couple of days before her tragic accident, she had posted on my Facebook about maybe coming down to see me in FL.   That put a smile on my face but Saturday's news quickly took that smile away.   
Jenny and family, I am so heartbroken for you all.     My thoughts and prayers are with you.
