home interior parties, trips to far off places..glamour shots, singing and listening to gospel music...aggravating poor bobby angel..and i could go on and on and on...she taught me all i needed to know about keeping house and cooking and making a home...her mashed potatoe were how i learned to make them. only she had the best...and how she loved to eat the neck bone...i can go on for days...but will keep these all for myself...she will always be in my heart forever...

making thanksgiving turkey and hearing the air bust out like it farted...and laughing till we cried...

playing donkey kong all day while the house work piled up and the world passed before our eyes...

I am at a total loss of words. Aunt Cathy is irreplaceable. There will never be another person in the world that I will be able to talk to about life like I did Aunt Cathy. Thank you for loving me as your own child, and my kids as your own grandkids. Please tell my son, and mam & pap that I love them. I will miss you & love you always!

Cathy was a wonderful Aunt to me and to my kids too. She loved for us to come and visit and always made sure we never left hungry. I loved to sit and talk to her about the bible and stories about when she and my mom were young and growing up. Cathy loved the people that she loved 100% and there was never any doubt that she loved us! I am going to miss being able to just call her and ask her questions. I love you and miss you Cathy but I know that you are not in any pain and you are able to run all over heaven and not be out of breath. Please tell Mamal that I love her and still miss her so much still. Go rest high on that mountain, your work on earth is done go to Heaven shouting love for the father and the son...

I will forever miss the joy she brought to Mackie's life. She will be so missed, Cathy was one of Mackie's Grandma's!

Cathy was the genle soul always seeking the good of other. She had a heart for the down and out and sought opportunities to serve their needs both spiritually and physically. The KIS THE Kingdom of Men is the looser with the passing of Cathy Angel. It has lost a precious friend, sister, mother, wife, etc. The kingdom is the winner it has gained all that the world has lost and much more. God bless your spirit athy it is now at rest with Jesus and the host of Heaven. Love and miss you much already your friend and cousin.

What made Cathy so special was her heart, and her laughter. She would have gave the shirt off her back, but first made a joke, to make you not feel bad for having to ask, that's the kind of person she was. God and family were the most important things to her . I love you, and I'm so grateful for the little bit of time I got to spend alone with you, I will cherish it all of my days. Cathy and I were friends from childhood into early adulthood; where somehow we lost track of one another and I only found her again several weeks ago.

Glad to have found her but so very sad of the circumstances surrounding the reunion.

Cathy and I as teens went to church together and sat under the teachings of the late Ethel Meyers.

We hungered for knowledge and were truly fed the Word. Ethel is with the Lord now and I am sure spending time with Cathy...



Even though we had not been in contact for such a very long time, I know that Cathy's faith was as strong as ever. 

I know that she is with the Lord but deeply saddened at her passing at such an early age.

Cathy you was a great lady and I thought a lot of you....Loved to just sit and listen to you talk and tell stories always made me laugh you were one of a kind...but i know you are in pain no more....p.s.tell my mommy and daddy i love and miss them so....now u can sit and laugh with them in heaven.

Cathy Lamb was a very sincere Christian, she loved her family and friends so much! She always had kind words for everyone one she met. I loved seeing her laugh at my husband Ron's corny jokes at the hospital a few weeks ago, she really did love to laugh. I do know she is in the presence of the Lord today!
