Charlene Laura Marshall

Charlene was a unique soul with a childlike heart who loved God. She had a beautiful smile and was loved by all who knew her. She never knew a stranger and always had something funny to say.

She is survived by her children, Donald Fuller, Norma Jean “Cissy” (Bob) Kraus, Bobby Dean (Sherrie) Fuller, Dale Fuller, Mellissa Marshall Woods; step-children, Rusty Marshall, Bryan Marshall, Will Marshall, Timmy Marshall, and Annette Marshall Pulskap; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Charlene is preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Fuller; her second husband Russell Marshall, Sr.; brother, Richard Barton, twin brother, Charles Barton, and an infant brother.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12-1 PM on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Anderson Funeral Home, Franklin. Funeral services will follow at 1 PM with Dr. Tim Cox officiating. Burial will follow

in Woodhill Cemetery, Franklin. Due to COVID-19, masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be in place.
