Charles Kerns

Charles Stewart Kerns (56) of Franklin Ohio, passed away on March 19th 2026 from a cardiac event at home. Charlie was known for his kindness, humor, strong work ethic, and his willingness to always help others. He spent much of his life as a mechanic and maintenance worker, but jack of all trades is more accurate. He loved God, dungeons and dragons, and storytelling.

Charlie survived by his two daughters, Shi-Anne Kerns and Charlie Kerns as he so often talked about with much enthusiasm. Anyone who knew Charlie knew of not only his girls, but the amount of love he had for them. He was preceded in death by his mother Dora Balcom, his step father Wayne Kepp, his younger brother George Kerns, and many more. While now safe in the arms of Jesus, a life that touched so many others, goes on forever.
