Charles Payne

Charles Keith Payne, 58, passed away on April 8, 2015 at home. He was born on February 15, 1957 in Middletown, Ohio, the son of Cecil and Juanita Roberson Payne. He attended Middletown High School and served six years with the Marine Corp. After getting out of the service he lived in California, Florida, and Georgia returned to Middletown where he lived until moving to Yorktown in 2001. Keith worked most of his life doing maintenance until his illness. Keith leaves behind two sons, Josh Payne of Franklin, Ohio, Jeremy Newkirk of Carlisle, Ohio; a daughter, Heather Allison husband, Shane of Carlisle Ohio; a twin brother, Kevin wife, Kim; two sisters, Lana husband, Larrie Rinck of Ellenton, Florida and Shelley Payne of Ellenton, Florida. Keith had three grandsons, Chase, Max, Cruz; two granddaughters, Hannah and Ande. He also had several nieces and nephews, and a special nephew, Brian Skidmore wife, Maryellen and their children, Ashley, Brian, Kalia, Savannah; and his significant other of 10 years, Elaine Sorrell. He is also survived by his extended family, Tammy husband, Randy, Kevin wife, Kristen, Jami, Landon, and Delainee, also Jordan, Josh, Jacob. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Monday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home. A visitation will be from 12:00 noon until service time Monday at the funeral home.
