Charles V. Phelps, age 74, of Carlisle, Ohio, died Wednesday May 27, 2015. He was born in Sunsberry, Ohio on September 16, 1940 to Leonard and Rena (Rose) Phelps. He was employed with WayTek for 10 years and retired in 2002. He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Phelps, mother, Rena Phelps, sister, Shelby Phelps. Charles is survived by his three sons, Vinson Phelps, Todd Phelps, Tony Phelps; sister, Georgie Phelps; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and the mother of his children, Linda Phelps. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Friday May 29, 2015 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio with Sister Joyce Crawford officiating. Burial will be in Germantown Union Cemetery.
