

He was born in Mann, West Virginia the son of Clarence and Ruby (Bowman) England.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife of 61 years Rose Ann, son, Rich, brother Sonny England, sisters Juanita (England) Schock, Betty (England) Lipps and Mary (England) Howard.
Dick is survived by his daughter Margie (Randy) Winkler, Dave (Donna) England and Steve (Melissa) England, daughter-in-law Lisa England,he was known as Papa Dick to his 9 grandchildren Jason (Mandi) Winkler, John (Lori) Winkler, Justin (Audrey) Winkler, Mandy (Spencer) Hale, Doug (Erin) England, Drew (Rachel) England, Morgan (Derrick) Bulter, Kyle (Ashley) England, Tanner (Tryan) England, 19 Great grandchildren, Ritchie (Cheyenne), Kyndall, Luke, Laney Winkler, Madison Leonard, Damon, Jase, Elijah, Paige Hale, Dax, Liv England, Nick Presley, Xavier, Beckham England, Chole Payne, Harper Butler, Kaylee, Kaycen, Remi England. 2 Great-Great grandchildren Payten Winkler, Levi Combs. He also leaves behind his brother Don(Debbie) England, two sisters, Nell (Darrell) Wick and Cathy (Logan) Smith, Sister-in-laws Mary Beth England and Carleen Burgess. Also leaving behind his very special companion his dog Bella. Along with many friends and relatives.
Dick worked for 55 years before retiring from Moraine Materials, Dick had been working part time at Ernst Concrete for the past 5 years.
Dick was involved in his Carlisle community, as a coach, President of Carlisle Athletic Boosters for many years and served on Carlisle School Board. Dick and his late wife Rose Ann donated to Carlisle Schools the Rich England pavilion at the High School football field.
Funeral services will be Tuesday January 5, 2021 10:00 at the Anderson Funeral Home 40 N. Main St. Springboro. Visitation will be Monday 5:00 to 8:00pm at the funeral home.
