

He is preceded in death by his parents, Silas and Beulah Randolph, and by the love of his life—his wife of 58 years, Nancy Randolph (Steward).
Clarence is survived by his daughter, Gail (Paul) Griffith, and their children, Lauren (Lucas) Blanchong and Ryan Griffith; his son, Jerry (April) Randolph, and his sons, Coen and Carson Randolph; his sister, Eula Norman, along with her daughters, Tammy Norman and Deanna (Gary) Smith.
Clarence was a loyal, dedicated, and loving brother, husband, father, “Papaw,” uncle, and friend. He touched countless lives with his quiet strength, deep faith, strong work ethic, unwavering dependability, and witty sense of humor.
He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. His service reflected the duty, courage, and patriotism that continued to guide him throughout his life.
Clarence was a member of the Masonic Temple and lived by the principles of brotherhood, integrity, and service to others. He cherished the lifelong friendships he built over the years.
In his spare time, Clarence enjoyed being with his friends and family. He loved fishing, restoring old cars, watching football, and reruns of the Andy Griffith show—simple joys that brought him great happiness.
A Celebration of Life will be Friday March 6, 2026 at the Anderson Life Celebration Center 360 Commerce Park Dr Franklin, OH from 10am to 12pm. A procession will leave at 12:30pm to arrive at the Dayton National Cemetery for a Military Service and burial.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warriors or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
