Clifford was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the US Army and was employed with Woolpert for 42 years retiring in 2013.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Sherry Lawson. Cliiford is survived by his wife of 54 years, Phyllis (Johnson) Lovin; his son, Jeffrey Scott (Alena) Lovin; his granddaughter, Haley, and grandson, Clay; his siblings, Doris Kerr, Frances Waters, Darrell Lovin, Patricia Weidel, Barb O'Neil, Don Lovin, Glen Lovin and Lisa Rosenkranz.
Funeral Services will be 10 am Friday December 17, 2021 at Baptist Tabernacle, 7816 DuBois Rd, Carlisle, OH with Pastor Mike Gray officiating. Burial will be in Heritage Hills Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8 pm at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Baptist Tabernacle Building Fund.
