Dana Lynn Montique, age 44 of Middletown, died Sunday, March 22, 2015. She was born September 25, 1970 in Middletown, the daughter of Harold G. Philpot and Melinda L. Ross Philpot. Dana was an avid reader and loved to spend time with her family. She is survived by her husband of two years, Christopher Montique; her mother, Melinda Witt of West Chester; her father, Harold Philpot of Trenton; one sister, Alicia Witt; and two brothers, Kevin Philpot and Douglas Philpot. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Thursday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home with Reverend Keith Risner officiating. Visitation will be 5-8:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home and 12:00 noon until service time Thursday also at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Woodside Cemetery.
