Darla was a sweetie pie. We had  own way greeting one another by looking at each other and dropping our chins. Hard to explain but that is what we did. She was in my orientation class that started 11-30-2014. We all where hired as nursing assistants and worked together on many occasions. She will be missed.

I seat heartbroken watching your babies and husband crying there hearts out you,if could honey I would trade places if you were you watch your babies grow up to be teenager and adult.Me and Brenda will look over your babies and husband for you.I remember the first time I met you, Jason bought you to the house and said James you watching the Bengals and Dolphins game,I said you know I will Jason you was a dolphins fan at that time.I remember giving a hard time for not liking who dey, you gave me hard time right back,I told Jason that you were a keeper,a girl that love football as much as me , Miss Darla I'm going to miss you on football Sunday.So fly high sweet girl,I'll see you again one day I promise you I will take care of your Family.Love with all my heart.rip my sweet angel

Darla was a beautiful caring person. I worked with her and she always knew how to make me laugh. I am so glad that I was blessed enough to meet her. There is no one like her and she will be dearly missed. Prayers to her friends and family.

I came to know Darla as a co-worker, you were a gentle soul and loving. what a life!, nothing but like a vapor, it vanishes away at the least expected reason. only the legacy we live behind abides in this mortal world, but for the departed only our relationship with JESUS CHRIST will immortalize us with a blissful end. 

May the faithful God who alone can give grace and comfort to the broken hearted give you ( family members, friends co-workers and well wishers)  the needed comfort and solace to go through this unspeakable moment in life AMEN!

Darla I will never forget the times we shared together we were basically raised together and when I moved back to the apartments as an adult with Clayton it was like we never missed a day. Our mornings with coffee and the first time you layed your eyes on Jason an my front porch. You will always hold a huge place in my heart love ya RIP till we meet again!

Didn't know you personally but I do know Jason, Dave and Brenda.  Prayers for all of the family in such a great loss.

My heart is in a million peices. It has been a blessing to have known you for the last 12 years ans I will cherish our memories forever. I remember the first thing you said to me after Dave and I got married. You gave me a big hug and with your big smile and beautiful brown eyes said " We are finally sisters!"  Darla, You have touched my life and helped me through some of my most difficult days. When I needed you I didn't even have to ask you was there right by my side to calm me down and bring me back. I can't begin to understand why you was taken from us but I God had bigger plans for you. Until we meet again you'll always have a place in my heart.

I don’t have the words to even express how heavy my heart is. You have shaped my life in more ways than you could have ever known since I was 9 years old. I remember walking up to the house and yelling your name real loud like always, and you just smiled and laughed then threaten to kick my butt. Broke my heart into pieces when they told me you were gone I couldn’t believe it. We were just together at the pool talking and having fun. Hears a pic of you and the boys at the pool.  We always had a connection and could talk straight up to each other will miss you dearly love always.
