Daron Keith Ledford

Daron Keith Ledford, age 61, of Franklin, Ohio passed away at his home on September 5, 2026. Born in Dayton, Ohio on August 30, 1965, he was the son of Richard Ledford and stepmother Sylvia and the late Linda Roberts and stepfather Carl. He was preceded in death by his mother; Linda (Workman) Roberts and stepfather; Carl Roberts and brother; Kevin Ledford.

Daron is survived by his loving wife; Melissa (Swajanen) Ledford, his father; Richard (Sylvia) Ledford, children; Elizabeth (Zac Berry) Swajanen, Haley (Eric Trace Etter) Ledford, brothers; Josh (Angie) Middleton, Jonathan (Emily) Ledford, Carl (Carrie) Roberts Jr., Sisters; Amy Ledford, Jennifer (Clint) Measel, Jayme Ledford, Portia (Dallas) Gilley, Kelli Roberts, Pam Morris, Jolene (Robert) Walker, Jan (Todd) St. Germain, Derek (Dana) Swajanen, cousins; Jeff, Steve, and Jason Lakes, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. His many good friends at Atrium, his good friends Robert Scott and Tony Berger, and his very well-loved dog; Champ.

Daron graduated from Franklin and went to Baptist school in Shreveport and played basketball. After school he went on to work at General Motors and then eventually at Atrium Medical Center where he was currently working as a Financial Counselor. Outside of work Daron enjoyed fishing and going out on the boat, golfing with his golf buddies, and was a big Notre Dame football fan. He went to 2 games and loved the campus atmosphere. His favorite sports teams were the Cleveland Browns, the Los Angeles Lakers, and the New York Yankees.

He will be missed deeply by his wife of 27 years. Rest my love until we meet again.

A visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home; 1357 E. Second St. Franklin, Ohio 45005 on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. A Funeral service will follow starting at 2:00 PM.
