

David Paul Rahm, age 81, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at Garden Manor Extended Care Center. He was born November 10, 1931, in Lebanon, the son of Paul Rahm and Ruby Clawson Rahm. David was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and attended the Navy School of Music. He graduated from Miami University with a Bachelors Degree in Business in 1958. David worked in the Claims Department at Armco Steel, retiring after 28 years. He was a longtime Standardbred Horse Breeder/owner, and was an excellent jazz musician playing for many jazz bands throughout the area. David was a pilot, and avid coon hunter, and enjoyed his fishing trips. There are no immediate survivors. He was preceded in death by his longtime significant other, Marjorie Kennedy. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday at the Woodside Cemetery, Section 28, with Dr. Dan Flory officiating and military honors by the Middletown Combined Honor Guard.
