David Michael Spencer

David Michael Spencer, age 60, passed away Sunday, February 24th, 2019 at his residence after a fierce battle with Lung Cancer. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Kathy (Paugh) Spencer, daughter, Erica Harrison, son-in-law, Jeffery Harrison, and special dog son, Gus. He is also survived by sisters; Sue (Glenn) Brehm, Shirley (Gail) Wunn, Kathy (Brad) Austin, brothers-in-law; Barry (Sandy) Paugh, Doug (Becky) Paugh, Freddie (Cathy) Paugh, sister-in-law Tina Goldrick (Dave Grebe), special family friends Rick (Delores) Beachler, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. David was preceded in death by his loving parents, Dave and Ruby Spencer, mother and father-in-law Fred and Arlene Paugh, and beloved sister-in-law Sharon Beachler. David was born and raised in Middletown and graduated from Lemon-Monroe High School. He was a wonderful son, husband, uncle and father. Everyone that knew him could call him a friend. He loved getting to know people and helping others. He was always there to lend a hand. You could always count on him. David will be deeply missed by all the lives he has touched. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 10th, from 4:30-7:30 at Marion’s Piazza in Mason, Ohio.
