David Eugene Vaughn, age 53, of Middletown, Ohio, died Friday November 28, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on December 12, 1960 to Eugene and Lovena (Smith) Vaughn. He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Vaughn and daughter, Andrea Vaughn. David is survived by his mother Lovena Vaughn; two daughters, Holly Stone and Karley Vaughn; brother, Dale (Brenda) Vaughn; two granddaughters, Kassidy Vaughn and Isla Stone; niece, Megan Vaughn; and nephew, Matthew Vaughn. Funeral services are 1:00 pm Tuesday December 2, 2014 at Anderson Funeral Homes 40 North Main Street Springboro, Ohio with Pastor Ethan Daves officiating. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery.
