Dearl was preceded in death by his parents, Etta Pauline Collins and Joe Collins, two brothers, Earnest Collins, of Middletown, Earl Dean Collins, of Franklin, Ohio, a sister, Bernice Moore, also of Franklin, Ohio.
He is survived by a sister, Mable Hall (Steve), of Carlisle, Ohio, a brother, Joe Collins, Jr. of Franklin, Ohio, his loving partner in life, Linda Cassidy, a son, Eric Collins and his best friend and loving pet, Ralphie.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
