Deborah Mae Kotecki, age 68 of Carlisle, Ohio passed away at her home on Sunday, May 17, 2026. Born in Southfield, Michigan on June 3, 1957, she was a daughter to the late James & Nora Mae (Murphy) Phillips. Deborah loved spending time with her fur-baby "Stella" and her special friends at the Deardoff Senior Center. She will be missed by those who knew her. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her Aunt Wanda Johnson.
Survived by her children Diana & Kristopher Watkins; Brandon & Michelle Spencer; Shelby Kotecki: grandchildren Reanna Watkins Joshua Coleman; Layne Watkins; Makenna Spencer; Grant Spencer; Carter Spencer; Mason Spencer; "Nymphora Tonks"; and " Rowena Ravenclaw" as well as many extended family members and friends.
