Deborah J. West, age 61, of Franklin, Ohio, died Wednesday September 16, 2015 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on May 16, 1954 to Jacob and Phyllis (Tinch) Scyphers. Deborah served in the National Guard. She was formerly employed with Carlisle Manor in Carlisle, OH. She was preceded in death by her father, Jacob Scyphers, mother, Phyllis Scyphers Holt, daughter, Nancy Miller, sister, Elke Holt. Deborah is survived by her son, Walter Miller; two daughters, Jami Leturgez, Katherine Smith; three sisters, Sandy Isaac, Donna Wolfenbarger, Tina Meier; brother, Roscoe Holt; 11 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild. Memorial services are 11am Saturday September 19, 2015 at Dixie Highway Christian Center with Rev. Dave Bowling and Rev. Charles Purvis officiating.
