Delma J. Ballard, age 69, of Franklin OH; died Sunday, December 29, 2019 at her residence. Delma was born in Middletown, OH on December 6, 1950 to the late Davis Ballard and Fannie O'Lenski. Delma was preceded in death by her husband Mark Graves; her other mother, Mavis Ballard; four brothers and sisters, Gary Ballard, Robert "Bobby" Butts, Christine Fitzgerald and Collette Fugate. Delma is survived by her three children, Melissa (James) Weaver, Angela (Diego) Black and Mary Cundiff; seven grandchildren, Allen Weaver, Andrew Cundiff, Chris and Doris Black, Ryan Weaver, Samantha and Hannah Cundiff; nine brothers and sisters, Margie (Sonny) McKeever, Linda Combs, Pamela Poteet, Zella Ballard, Connie (Ray) Baker, Geraldine (Ray) Lewis, Aline Carpenter, Lois (Paul) Ferguson and Kathy Graston; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held, Friday, January 10 at 5:00 at The Salvation Army, 1914 1st Ave, Middletown, OH 45044. A visitation will be held before the Memorial, from 4:00-5:00pm.
