She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther (Jesse) Bishop and Ada Bishop; husbands, Robert Pursley and Winford Stewart; daughter, Pamela Bullock; and sisters, Harriet Yuellig and Diana Tye.
Dixie is survived by her children, Todd Stewart (Jodi Ferguson) and Paula Newcomb (Jeff); son-in-law, Donald Bullock; grandchildren, Tyler Stewart (Alison), Blake Stewart (Baylee), Leslie Hall-Kinsdorf (Karl), Tammy Brann (Eric), and special grandchild, Dalton Powell (Allison); great-grandchildren, Kennedy, Reid, Lane, Ropelynn, Spencer, Nick, Owen, and special great-grandchild, Jack; great great grandchildren, Ty Ryan, Lincoln Charles.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. At Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd Street, Franklin, Ohio 45005 The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Springboro Cemetery.
