Donald A Ogg

Donald A. Ogg, age 87 of Dayton, Ohio passed away peacefully on October 6, 2026 at the Dayton VA Hospital, Hospice Unit. Born in Dayton, Ohio on March 21, 1939 he was a son to the late Kenneth A. & Irene Mae (Heitzman) Ogg. Donald had worked for Johnson Controls as a " jack of all trades" knowing most of the factory inside and out. He was a proud United States Air Force Veteran, having served from 1960-1965. Donald enjoyed going on train rides, and later in life, he got into building Legos, including Lego trains. He will be missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Margaret R. (Wade) Ogg and his son Douglas E. Ogg: grandson James "Jimbo" R. Davis.

Survived by his children Teresa McKnight; David & Noime McKnight; Victoria & John Collinsworth; Daniel & Julie Ogg: 9 grandchildren: several great-grandchildren: brother Micheal "Mickey" & Charlcie Ogg: niece Christie K. Ogg.
