Donna is survived by partner, Leo Carte; son, Rome Allen Carte, III; daughter, Amy Lynn Suttles; son, Chris Scott Fields; three grandsons, Michael Suttles, II, Landon Suttles, Christopher Fields; three bothers; two sisters.
Funeral services are Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street Franklin,Ohio with Pastor Michael Maxwell officiating. Burial in Woodhill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 from 10:00 am-12:00 pm at the funeral home.
